Skill Gap Analysis of Computer Science Graduate Students of Universities in Marathwada

This paper is an attempt to find the skill gap of the students. As employability of the students is depending on the skill set that they are having as they complete their professional education. Skills are basically means the ability of any individual to d o something well while gap refers where skills are absent or not present up to the mark. The requirements of industry from the fresher and the actual knowledge of the students is having a difference and this difference is called as a skill gap. The industry that is considered during this study is IT industry. Where graduated students of the computer science are tested for their level of skills. And the result of the research provides the insight about the industry expectation and students’ knowledge about p articular domain of the computer science. The research paper is all about the elaboration of the study and survey about skill gap analysis.Downloads
