Artificial Intelligence in HRM - A Strategic Connection with the People of the Organization in National Interest

Abstract

Smart Technology is way beyond the fictitious science products imagined by the workforce. Artificial intelligence has marked its presence in almost every industry and profession, including Human resource management. Success of any business depends on a skilled workforce and efficient business strategies, it is impossible to achieve the business targets and win the market without either of them. This is an empirical study related to the strategic implementation of Artificial intelligence and the resultant outcomes and benefits drawn through it.

This study also aims at analyzing the AI implementation in each HR process and the average percentage to which the regular HR activities have been reduced in each sector. This study also tries to putforth the limitations and drawbacks while implementing artificial intelligence mechanisms by organizations in various sectors. The study refers to secondary data obtained from various sources such as the internet, published papers, websites, and other reference material.
