This research paper explores the symbiotic relationship between emerging technologies and agile management in contemporary businesses, focusing on the Nashik district. Through a mixed-method approach, the study assesses organizational readiness, examines implementation challenges, and evaluates the impact on performance. Surveys, interviews, and case studies were conducted among 50 organizations to gather both quantitative and qualitative data. The findings highlight opportunities for enhancing readiness, overcoming challenges, and realizing performance improvements through the integration of emerging technologies and agile management practices.Downloads
