India’s skill development sector has seen tremendous growth during last decade, due to initiatives aimed at improving employability and bridging the skill gap. However, despite these efforts, skill development centers face numerous challenges, comprising insufficient awareness, competition from traditional educational institutions, and a lack of perceived value among the targeted audience. This research paper explores the various marketing strategy employed by skill centers in Maharashtra, supported by a data-driven analysis. By examining key trends, target audience behavior, and the effectiveness of various marketing channels, we offer insights into how these centers can enhance their outreach and impact.
