Abstract

In the current world of interconnected yet diverse worlds of corporations, organizations shall manifest the leaders who can navigate the complexity and uncertainty with the usage of decision tools along with empathy. The article emphasizes on the concept of Leadership Pipelines and explores the important role of developing diverse and inclusive leaders. The article elaborates on the success factors that support the culture, commitment and workforce management practices that lead to inclusive leadership pipelines. Discussion of the benefits derived out of such philosophy is core of this article with some strategies to create the same.
