Abstract

As businesses depend more and more on analytics to gain a competitive edge, visionary leadership is now essential to guiding analytics projects from inception to completion. This study examines the body of research and business literature on the relationship between operational execution, analytics strategy, and leadership vision. In order to create quantifiable business outcomes, it suggests the Vision-to-Value Analytics Excellence Framework, which shows how organizational culture, strategic priorities, and execution processes fit with leadership vision. The review finds leadership-driven enablers—like governance, talent development, and technical readiness—that are critical for maintaining analytics excellence by examining theoretical models, case studies, and best practices.
