Study on the Impact of Performance-Based Pay (PBP) on Employee Motivation in Pune District

This study examines the impact of performance-based pay (PBP) on employee motivation in Pune District. Data was coilected from 150 employees using a structured questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale. Statistical tools such as descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between performance-based pay and employee motivation. The study concludes that structured Incentive systems play an Important role in enhancing employee motivation.
